I ordered the top of the range pool cover. We've had our pool for over 20 years, so know from experience that they don't last for ever. Ultra violet light and constant contact with chemicals during the season, means about 5 to 7 years is a typical. But within just a few weeks the bubbles started to burst and the plastic just began to disintetegrate throughout its length and breadth. At 6 weeks old it resembled one of 6 years. I contacted John who said he'd never known this and asked for photos. He suggested the holes may have been caused by falling branches - there are no trees nearby - or bitten by a fox! I've never known a fox to eat plastic and aren't convinced one could get its jaws into a flat surface on water. My chickens are a different matter. He promised to visit to inspect, but never came. He eventaully said if I sent it back at my cost he would look at it. But I decided this would be futile.

I asked for a quote for a bespoke size pool cover. I sent 3 drawings and photo and recieved a price. I place and order and got a receipt for payment with a squared rectangular size (which my pool is not). The quality of the cover is not bad it is OK, in fact if it was the right size I would have been happy. But not at any point did he say I cannot make a bespoke size. £600 down with a cover that don't fit, told a rework is more money and unsure if I am getting g a refund if I send it back? I will keep you all posted maybe it will all get sorted out but I must admit from the response so far I'm am not sure as customer service so far has not been that great.... let's see what happens :(

What a joke, on the web site the sizes are in feet, pick one nearest to the size wanted at cost of just over £200 with edging. Confirm the size but this time in meters. Get email from John about top of the range one with all the trimmings, force selling in my opinion, not about the one asked for. The cost now £580 because its classed as a bespoke size, which is smaller than the feet size!!!!!!! Avoid like the plague unless you want fleecing, far more better companies than this that don't try it on. So his replie is to cut a few centimetres off a cover is adding £380 what a bargain. Rude!! He hasn't a clue....
