nachdem gestern statt des bestellten Artikels ein kaputtes Gummirad von FedEx geliefert wurde, habe ich mich mit Kiteworld in Verbindung gesetzt. Es wurde umgehend eine neue Pumpe geliefert. Es kann immer etwas schief gehen, aber wenn die Reaktion so professionell ist, ist man als kunde zufrieden.
