Looking back now I'm thinking that I didn't really have to do anything apart from sign a couple of forms and email them back. The hardest part was choosing which car to go for. Plancars made it so so simple.

My only negative comment would be the initial reaction to my on-line quote which was somewhat slow and disjointed on behalf of the sales team. However once my order was in the system all proceeded smoothly with plenty of helpful e-mails to assist me through the process of completing the various forms required. The car was delivered some 4 weeks ahead otf the estimated date and was exactly as I had specified. Lastly, the price was the best I could find. I shall certainly look to Plan first when this lease deal is complete and I need a new car.

United Kingdom | 15 December 2016Second vehicle I've leased from plan. Very efficient from the off. Paperwork etc..was sent when they said they would send it. No drawn out wait for approval. Reply quickly to emails and queries. No issues with delivery of vehicle. If you opt for maintenance package...the logistics of getting the vehicle service/repaired is always hassle free and straight forward. After researching virtually all the leasing companies, they are by far the most competitive. A special mention to Chris Hinson and Ria Gravaner, who provided me with superb service.

United Kingdom | 25 November 2016A car was ordered via the order form by myself and I then cancelled three weeks later due to a much better deal found elsewhere with a transparent order process. Plan (GB) Ltd insisted on charging cancellation fees ranging from £2400 and dropping to £600 over a period of 6-8 months and threatening each time with court proceedings if not paid quickly. All correspondence was via email. Their 'order form' (as of 2016) does not meet either the requirements of their own trade association (the BVRLA) and does not meet consumer law requirements under the Consumer Contracts Regulations in terms of explaining your cancellation rights as a potential customer of Plan(GB). This information is especially important as the sales process is conducted at distance via email and involves significant sums of money. Plan (GB)'s approach to charging cancellation fees using their current order process is incorrect and unfair in the instance that a potential customer should change their mind. It effectively penalises you for changing your mind which you have every right to do within a specified period and Plan(GB) must tell you this although they don't. If you find yourself the subject of a demand for cancellation fees from Plan(GB) refer the order form and any correspondence to your solicitor or the CAB and take their advice. Plan (GB) have an opportunity here to reply to this review and explain that they have changed their process and order form this year (since October 2016) to reflect both their own industry (BVRLA) guidance and their legal duties. Despite Planyourcar/Plan(GB)'s attempts to remove this review via Trustpilot I'm very pleased to see it has been fully reinstated as a genuine/valid review despite the 'over the top' protests of Plan(GB). As my review states - BEWARE CANCELLATION FEE PRESSURE!

United Kingdom | 29 September 2016I never write bad reviews but I was so disappointed with the service (if you can call it that) I received. Unfortunately when I phoned up to order a car Liam answered. He was useless from start to finish, from ordering me the wrong colour car, telling me the wrong delivery date so I had to pay for a hire car for two weeks, telling me wrong number plate so I couldn't get it insured. The list goes on. When I phoned up for some help I spoke to Ria or Emma. All they kept doing was telling me how confused they were which was no help to me what so ever. Oh and lastly they say you get 'free delivery' - you don't! I had a man drive my car 120 miles on sports mode from wherever he came from, leaving me a dribble of petrol to roll down to the petrol garage. It arrived with mud on the wheels and side of car and marks all over the interior. The only person that deserves some credit is Chris, who managed to rectify all of Liams mistakes. Worst company ever.
