First order came so quick. Placed it on a tuesday and it was delivered next day. Second order i realised I'd messed up and ordered the wrong item I messaged them and was replied to almost immediately. Refunded straight away and placed my order for correct item

Very misleading listings, purchased what was described as rattan lounger with grey cushions but only cushions arrived and listing is now gone. Looking through other listings I have noticed it’s pretty vague advertising, some loungers are described as rattan loungers but after a quite in-depth read you find it’s only cushions on sale. Due to the error I have tried to return the item but Inspirely won’t provide a return due to there being no issue with the item. I am now Left in a predicament where I’m stuck with just cushions, no option to buy just the loungers as customer support haven’t answered any of my live chat enquiries. My only other option is topay £53 for Evri to return my item which is the cheapest quote I have found. (Return is half the price of the actual item)

I gave 5 star 🌟 as the product is amazing. So quiet while on. So easy to use as well and cooks food amazing and quick. Also the big basket is good when cooking for a big family. Well worth the money

Absolutely brilliant, the website was great to navigate, the product I bought was cheaper than any other website I could find (and trust me I must of looked at around 25-30 sites!) and it was cheaper than all of them by £50!!! The delivery was so fast I couldn’t believe it! It was better than any Amazon delivery I’ve ever had! The product is better than I was even expecting. Just an all round amazing experience. Only place online that stocks chicken coops that let you use clearpay and dosnt cost a fortune, no problems with delivery. The coop i ordered had a few bits of slightly split wood but nothing too serious. Would use again :)
