Called for a boiler not working, he found the cause of the problem which another engineer had failed to diagnose, and was able to get replacement parts and repair the boiler

From the initial contact for a quote to replacing our gas boiler, to completing the job, I couldn't fault them. Gary and the team were professional but approachable. Fantastic service. Fixed the issue with pipe, realised the pump needed sorting - went to source the part and fixed it the same day. Also checked the whole boiler was working well whilst at it.
