Our trainer, Nils Oud, did a great job introducing Scrum to us in the two-days course! We had a chance to have a valuable hands-on training in smaller teams, as well as a good deal of theory on scrum methodology, including real life examples. Definitely to be recommended.

I took the PAL-E course given by scrum.org under the guidence of Nils Oud and it was awesome! Nils is extremely knowledgeable about Scrum and how to be an agile leader! It's my pleasure to give my warmest recommendation to learn from him if you're interested in learning more about Scrum and agile ways of delivering value to your customers!

The PAL-E training by Nils Oud ticked all the boxes. The group size (8) was large enough to have some discussion and differing opinions, but small enough to be able to discuss with the entire class. The contents were shared in a structured and constructive manner, while being supportive for areas that needed more or less attention. Nils was open for input and managed to include the individual learning goals during the class.

In the PAL-E training by Nils Oud there was lots of space for reflection and sharing experiences in addition to the necessary theory. We didn't linger on things that were obvious to all and went in deeper in topics that were of interest to the group.

I participated in the PSPO-A training with Niels Oud as a trainer. Due to the Corona situation, the training took place remotely. Niels guided our group through the tasks, provided us with the background information and very helpful resources that have already helped me in my work as a product owner since then. The fast pace allowed us to work through a lot of topics without getting lost in unnecessary detail discussions. Nevertheless, Nils always gave us time to exchange experiences with the other participants. This was not only very interesting, but also very helpful. Of course, this exchange would certainly have taken place in the evening if the training had been held on site. The one star reduction I give because I personally lacked the reference to the questions that occurred in the certification exam. Some tips on preparation and implementation would certainly have been helpful in the training. I am grateful for the two interesting and instructive days of training.

I participated in the PSPO training with Nils Oud and enjoyed every minute of it - lots of interesting insights, practical exercises and he really passed on the essence of Scrum. I can really recommend this training.

The PSPO-A training was very well organised and hosted. There was a perfect balance between the theory and interesting practical tasks where people could interact and actively participate. Nils is excellent host and can create awesome space for adapting the scope to the needs, interests of participants to make sure they get the most out of it. I joined the PSPO-A Class of Incrementor with trainer Nils Oud. This training adds a lot of value above other sources that I used to become a better Product Owner. This class is filled with a lot of break outs in smaller teams, which helps to really THINK about the content and learn from others and their companies at the same time. The class was totally 'virtual' but breaking out and coming back went very fast and smooth. Also collaborating on shared digital whiteboards went well. Nils Oud does not waste time.

I’ve now taken 2 courses with Joe at Incrementor - PAL-E, and C-ATC I. I took the courses which I found incredibly useful as they made me examine my strengths and weaknesses, and deploy them in the best way to get the best from my teams in investment management. The deconstruction of Agile from a software-specific perspective to an agnostic Agile structure was absolutely integral - especially with the Kata and evidence based management perspective.

Great, insightful, interactive and highly energetic training. Nils is a great knowledgable and experienced fascilitator and agile coach himself. Even though I´ve been working a few works within the agile community I learned a lot. Highly recommend the C-ATC training with Nils Oud!

The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) training with Nils Oud was my very first online training. I’m happy that I was a part of this course despite my doubts about joining an online training. The theory was supplemented with practical examples that led to easier understanding and encouraged me and the other participants to actively discuss the topic of the training. No questions remained unanswered. Nils personally impressed me with his knowledge and his social interaction with all participants. All in all, I found the training very interesting especially the part where Nils explained how to ensure that dependencies between teams get minimalized. I can’t wait to put this into practice and support my teams as a Scrum Master. I really enjoyed the training and can recommend it to everyone who is interested in how to work with more than two teams.

I attendet Incrementors C-ATC I training, taught by Nils Oud. The training was very interactive even though it took place remotely. We had fun and learned a lot about how to coach organizations to get more agile.

I've been through a Scrum Training bootcamp and now a C-ATC training with Incrementor, both experiences have been very positive. Jochen is a great instructor - he knows how to make trainings interactive and engaging. The fact that we didn't reference a single slide deck was pretty amazing and refreshing. I have and will continue to recommend Incrementor for Agile trainings.

I attended the PSPO training by Nils Oud which was very well structured, much more comprehensive than I expected and far exceeded my expectations. A very good preparation for the certification from my point of view, but above all very practical with a lot of time for exchange and practical application. Great PSPO training, where the trainer (Nils Oud) not only presented the theoretical basics of the role, but also went way beyond it, showing us the actual breadth of the role. The audience was also very insightful and the trainer moderated very well the amount of time spent on exchanges and on the training material.

Joe is an excellent Agile coach! He kept us engaged for two full days on Zoom, a feat to say the least. His sessions have a really nice rhythm to them. I took away so many applicable lessons that I will be immediately applying to my Scrum team.

The PSPO-I training from Nils Oud was beneficial. It helped very much in starting into the PO path and also in clearing the Assessment effectively. I would recommend the training. However, the only thing I missed were the hands on exercises in multiple groups, which was unfortunately not possible due to reduced class size during COVID.
