My husband bought me this beautifully packaged, signature coloured bangle with my daughters DOB engraved with roman numerals...absolutely love it! I wear it most days, even in the shower, and its still in pristine condition. Its my most treasured piece of jewellery.

I purchased 6 engraved bracelets for my grooms team when asking them to be a part of my big day. Obviously quite a big deal for me. I made an error with my basket and some of the engraving, I got in touch via WhatsApp and email and was met with a swift response, asking what I wanted exactly and it would be sorted. I was under time pressure and was reassured that I would receive the gifts before the required date. 2 days after placing my order I received 6 perfect bracelets, overwhelmed at the quality especially at the price that I paid. That’s including the time it took for them to get back to me and sort my problem out. Outstanding service. I’m usually not the type to make a review, but the whole process from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. The communication when I was extremely stressed out about my own error + the end product was more than I could have asked for. I believe I was in contact with one of the owners of the company who was extremely helpful and clearly has put a lot of work in to get where she is. I will most certainly be back for more gifts for friends and family!

Wow! I just received my order of gifts for upcoming birthdays and I was pretty taken aback by the quality of the jewellery, which is outstanding. Everything is superb from the jewellery itself to the packaging and care instructions. Delivery was very speedy (2 days from ordering) and the team were brilliant in helping me choose what to order for some very picky friends birthdays.

Avoid…shocking quality, snapped within weeks. Really disappointing when you purchase a gold chain and within 4 weeks it isn’t gold anymore, and the neckless has snapped. I didn’t think anything could be worse than the quality of the neckless, but I was wrong… their customer support is shocking.

Horrendous customer service and terrible quality Bought a gold initial necklace from Florence London and within 4 weeks the clasp has broken and the gold has already worn off. The customer service claims this is all wear and tear and will not offer a return and refund. Terrible quality - do not waste your time or money!

I have the gold and cream hinge bangle and it's absolutely beautiful. I was originally brought the bangle without the hinge as a gift, however it was way too big for my wrist. I would suggest getting the hinge bangle if you have small/medium wrists. Looks lovely with my other gold
