United States | 13 May 2019This website has been great for keeping projects/contracts organized and make it easy to bid them out. We have had issues with property managers losing documents or not getting enough bids (from multiple companies) and this has centralized these items. Our association attorney also advised that we have a vendor agreement that indemnifies the association (among other things) which we can have vendors agree to with a click. Our entire Board can access the RFPs, bids etc, so we know where any project stands. They also have compliance checks and notifications which appear to be useful (in case a vendor under contract doesn’t renew or whatever), so that added protection is pretty good.
