We ordered 4 wheels in December which were supposed to arrive on the 13th of January but still never had them delivered. We have been ask to rate our shopping experience with you thus far very poor.

Dreadful dreadful company. Items not in stock when stated they were. No chance of contacting them...customer service = zero. Problems getting a refund for cancelled order. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Let me be clear, this is an unusual review. Overall I give the review 4 stars for the problems I encountered with the system/delivery. Please bear in mind that wheels24.co.uk are the UK portal for the order I ordered 2 rims in late November. I was given an order number and a few days later, a delivery notification. I knew the order was coming from Delticom, either from Germany or France. They have a truly global presence, so I was non too bothered. Eventually (early Dec) 1 rim turned up. I asked about the second one. I was tracking the second rim when I had notification from the courier had returned it to sender as they thought it was a duplicate item as the ORDER had already been satisfied. Same order number different consignment number. I emailed on 4 separate instances including English, Germand and French. Eventually, I decided that I would order another rim, as I still needed 2. By then I had an email that they would refund for one of the first rims as they could see another order in the system. That rim was delivered mid January. It all worked out in the end but a period of incredible stress and worry that could have been avoided. In conclusion, I am glad I ordered and received what I wanted, but perhaps simplicity would have been for 2 rims with 2 different orders, or 2 rims delivered together in 1 order. This was a system failure not a human failure and all is well in the end.

Absolute criminals, scammers, conmen.. Do buy from this company, FAKE COMPANY, DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 steel wheels and they only sent 3, after several email 20 phone call attempts phone rings for 30+ minutes every time they don't answer, their address on the website comes up as Blenham Palace.

Ordered 4 wheels, only 2 came, multiple emails sent with no reply, It's impossible to contact them, claiming to be a UK company, in fact they are German, AVOID nothing but scammers with zero customer support.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid ordering here by all means. They claim they sent the wheels from Germany but the tracking is never provided. They are not reachable by phone or email, initiated a complaints procedure. Still waiting for any outcome prior to recalling PayPal payment.

Order did not arrive. No response to contact. Charged back via Amex.

Delivery time way to long, still waiting on any tracking numbers, ordered item 2 weeks ago, still saying delivery not due until 2nd week in December 2024, way to long, no-one ever answers calls, even though it tells you your position one in the queue for over an hour, and webchat window been open for 24 hours and still no contact from anyone, I would avoid this company like the plague

Ordered a steel wheel from wheels24 because it was the exact product I required at a price that was well below that quoted by other websites for the same manufacturer and model item. It was obvious this wasn't next day delivery from Germany, but I decided the cost saving was significant and worth the wait. Communication was OK and the wheel was deivered within a couple of weeks. No hesitation to use them again, but if you can't wait for the long delivery, buy from someone with UK stock and pay the price!

Still not received goods

Placed an order for 4x wheels o 10th oct had 2 emails after original order confirmation changing delivery date with note stating the items will not be dispatched until The invoice is settled which waspaid at point of order. I have been waiting for a month now now the 11th nov. I have sent emails with no response whilst im writing thisIi am position 1 in the cue on the telephone and have been for 20mins and still no answer. Absolutely discusting customer service 25mins no answer I will be starting paypal refund process as of now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The worst online tyre retailer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Placed an order for 2 tyres 6 weeks ago, didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. No emails nothing. Chased them many times via live chat and emails only for them to keep saying "you items haven't left stock". After 5 weeks I demanded a refund because it still hadn't been shipped. All till now they still have not refunded me. Terrible retailers. Please avoid. LKPerformance or similar retailers are way better and more reliable.

The company stated a 6-7 working day delivery time which I needed in time for my MOT retest, so i bought them as it would leave me an extra day or 2 if they was late. Eventually they turned up on the 10th working day which was the last day I could have had a retest. After contacting the company to ask if they could refund me the price of the MOT they simply said that it was actually a 7-10 working day delivery and it turned up on the 10th day so we aren't gonna help you. Very poor customer service but the wheels and tyres are good quality.

Good Price & Quality. I bought a new wheel rim as my car came without one; just a tyre weld kit. I had space for a spare wheel and bought one online from wheels24.co.uk. It was shipped from Germany, and took 2 weeks to arrive.

I just equipped my old French whip with 4 fantastic wheels, thankfully to this company. Yes it is a German based but they've got great prices and big choice of tyres and wheels. Delivery was even 2 days faster then the scheduled day.

I placed an order on the 6th November, Tracking information wasn't provided until 21st November. Tracking shows items have sat in Germany for three weeks. I have phoned DPD independently and they cannot confirm they have received the parcel. I have phoned Wheels24 on multiple occasions and have been given conflicting information each time, being told; it's in Germany, that it's being delivered tomorrow, that it has been delivered or that the items are just in transit. Upon receiving confirmation of my request to cancel this order It was stated that a refund will only be issued when the order is returned... Thats the order that DPD haven't received and I've never seen, the order that is appears to have sat in a distribution warehouse for the best part of a month. I have had to phone Wheels24 again and they are issuing a refund immediately. I didn't receive my order, I have had to spend about 3 hours on the phone chasing the order and timely payment of a refund. I would avoid this company

Ordered some alloys and tyres from them. Little apprehensive as they are a German firm with a co.uk address. But their prices were a lot lower. They said they would be delivered on the 28th July and they weren't. So I gave them a ring and they said UK customs are slow and could be 2-3 days later. 1st of August had an email saying they'd be with me tomorrow. 2nd August turned up. Bang on! Lovely alloys packed well. All fittings included. So besides the 2-3 days wait... All good.
