France | 16 February 2023Dear laptopbatterie Team, I apologize for this but since I received the new battery yesterday (15/02/2023), it is not possible to make it recognized by my computer…!! Consequently, it is not possible to start de laptop using only the battery. The index shows the mention ‘not battery detected’. Fortunately the laptop starts with the power supply and it is possible to write this e-mail for you. I tried to uninstall and re-install the battery and alimentation drivers without success. I also unplug the laptop, press the button start for a long time with the objective to discharge all residual current in the machine, also without any success. Curiously, my old battery has the same reference A32N1405 (10.8 V and 5200mAh, 56Wh) and was able to work for approximately 5 years. So, if you have a suggestion, please let me know! Sincerely
