Moving into our new offices was an exciting experience only to be let down when our prebooked clearing company did not show up to collect the pallets and other items left in front of our new offices. With the estates manager getting irate by the minute we contacted Chunky Junk and after a few what's app text messages the pick up time, date and pricing was confirmed. Chunky Junk turned up at the specified times and sent over a confirmation picture via whats app to confirm all the work had been completed at not just our new office but at our previous location too. The invoices were sent by secure mail which had details of how to make the payments and literally the whole transaction was completed without any hassle. Would definitely recommend Chunky Junk....thank you once again.

Was exceptionally pleased with the response time. Same day, only 4 hours after phoning. Very efficient, very good contact from booking to collection. The driver was absolutely brilliant. Very polite, very efficient and very friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. My only criticism was that the price went up when photos were sent through. Had made it clear we had bulky leather furniture, but there was a slight increase. All in all. I am very satisfied with this company. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent service. I have been using the company for the past 2 years to collect waste during shop refurbishments in the South East. The correspondence has always been good from booking in the work to collection and proof of disposal.

I was having a garden clear out and soon realised I had a fair few large and small items that needed clearing. I phoned up and sent some photos of what needed clearing and I had received a quote within minutes. I was very happy with this and they were even able to collect the same day! Wow, phoned this morning to enquire about having a sofa picked up, spoke to a very helpful guy and the sofa was gone 2 hours later.
