Ordered 2 pairs of cartridges for an HP Inkjet Printer, model 4215. Placed order on a Tuesday. Goods arrived on Thursday. Popped them into the printer. All worked perfectly. Super service and good product.

I bought 2 black ink cartridges for my deskjet 2622 printer. the ones they sent said they were compatable but they did not work . I did try a few things but no luck. That said the customer service was very good and quick , they requested a photo of the cartridges and as soon as I did this I got a full refund no hassle .Can't say fairer than that.

For my HP colour LaserJet they sent me four cartridges, from 3 different companies would you believe. I queried this before installing them and was told twice that they would be fine. After 3 weeks of trial and error I can say that this company should not be trusted. The black and white images for my leaflets are full of Lime green and magentas, there is terrible banding everywhere. I am an experienced photographer and have always had a professional colour management policy for my work. I do not expect perfection, but compared with HP inks, where I had no trouble at all on the same paper and media, this company is awful and I will dissuade others from using them. Their answer to this issue was simple: Send them photographs of my printouts and they will contact the suppliers of the toners! Really? I am not naive as to expect a supplier to analyse the cmyk and rgb and lab values and to set up a whole new process for my insignificant images. These toners are generic and their chips are generic and will work for some printers, I am one of those unlucky few that can be written off at no cost to the company. They are not quality products as advertised. I will now update this review based on the response below. I will send photos of the printouts, I did NOT say that I wanted replacements before sending the photos as you asked so READ that email carefully please. I will now send you photos of the banding and the discolouration on the greyscale and the intense addition of yellow in the images.

Ordered Cartridges for my Brother printer yesterday afternoon and they arrived first thing this morning. Impressive. Cartridges work perfectly and while I sometimes get a nag from the printer that they are not "Brother approved" they communicate perfectly with the printer and report correct ink levels etc.
