Terrible customer service. Tried to order through a third party but delivery is direct from Tropilex who were unable to ship to my (new build) postcode and failed to tell me twice leaving me waiting two weeks and then cancelled the order. I tried to order direct and they decided it was ok to ship it to a pickup location 5 miles away (without telling me) which I couldn't have got to as I have no transport. I finally found another third party who veey helpfully managed to ship it to me.

De hangmat is prachtig, sterk en werd snel geleverd. We passen makkelijk met twee (lange) volwassenen in de tweepersoonshangmat.

De hangmatstandaard die ik graag wilde was nergens meer te krijgen, maar via mail werd ik op de hoogte gehouden dat de container onderweg was, en ook wanneer ik ‘m weer kon bestellen. Toen had ik ‘m binnen 2 dagen in huis. Superservice!
