Ordered a couple of different pairs of Loubitans which sadly didn’t fit. Returns process was straightforward and a different pair were despatched upon receipt of the first pair being received back. Did this a couple of times until I found the right pair that fitted. Excellent communication throughout. Sizing advice and guidance too. Highly recommended.

There's not many reviews here from guy customers buying for themselves so I'll contribute my pleasant experience. I've finally received my brand new Burberry Kensington trench coat today after availing of the Lay-Away service back in May. It was in brand new condition just as Charlotte said it would be. I was afraid there might be some blemishes as it's such a light honey colour but I couldn't find any. Looks much better in person than the photos. An added bonus was that it included the premium wooden Burberry branded hanger that they use in their stores (not the cheap non-branded plastic ones Burberry includes with online orders of their Trenches). Charlotte was very responsive and offered me a PayPal invoice which allowed me to pay whatever I liked throughout the three month Lay-Away which automatically deducted against the original balance each time I paid off which made it very convenient to know what you owe without needing to contact Charlotte every time you make a payment for her to adjust your balance. This service made me feel less guilty about 800€ on a trench coat. I loved the person touch of including a thank you card addressed to me with a 10% discount off my next order (which can be a bit saving when it comes to big ticket items and which no doubt I'll be using before long). I had it shipped to Ireland for 25 pounds and only took 3 days. A great service for many of us Irish customers who find most British companies won't ship to Ireland or elsewhere. Love-Luxe is a great asset to the Luxury and designer community which can be really trusted to deliver what you expect, a quality rare in this e-commerce age where what you get often isn't what was described. I highly recommend this company with a personal touch and for anyone cautious or worried about spending big money with a small company. I was cautious and took a chance but everything worked out much better thrash expected.
