This little company is great if you’re just starting out as a new model in the industry. James the owner of this company is an amazing Person who knows his stuff as he’s been a model before in the past. He will guide you through what you need to know what to do, and give you the strength and encouragement to be focused, and follow your dream. Also his team work very hard to get you noticed and put you forward for casting jobs. Thank you very much James you’re an angel.

Best decision I ever made. So glad I joined them a year and a half ago. It was quite quiet at first but with no real experience but I have had some castings but no job offer yet. I am kept up to date and given lots of help from Peter and James. If you are thinking who to join I suggest you join little big door!

I’m not gonna lie, I was pretty sceptical at first about joining, as you hear so much about scams!! BUT I’ve been with them for 2 years now and I have to say, they’re really are supportive If I need help, or have any questions, James is always there with advice and guidance!! I’ve been really busy with my own business and haven’t had time to update my portfolio but with James’s hints and tips on how to schedule just a little bit of spare time, I’m now up to date!! Yes, you have to pay a fee to join but you have to put a little bit of work in too by keeping your portfolio updated, which I now can do, thanks to James I love the fact, he’s honest and to the point!! He explained to me, that they put you forward to as many jobs as possible BUT at the end of the day it’s up to the employer who they choose not the agency!!

Little Big Door is such a wonderful, honest, and responsive company! The wealth of information that is provided for advice, training, what to expect, the next steps and how to self promote is extensive and fantastic! My profile is updated within a day or so of sending new images, they promote their clients (including me) on their instagram and are so positive about doing their best to get work. Im fairly new to the industry but I have had many conversations with other models / agencies and I trust Little Big Door to get me work above any of the others :) we always need to remember that we need to work it too, I book in TFP arrangements with photographers to expand my portfolio and give LBD the photos needed in order to be promoted. I signed up to this agency more than a year ago and due to unforeseen circumstances i have been unable to do anything within this industry, today i messaged about starting back up and less than five minutes later james is already on the phone giving me guidance on how to get started. This is one of the friendliest, career driven agencies out there with great response time, amazing opportunities and guidance, if your looking to start somewhere id start here!

The team at Little Big Door have been so helpful to me! As a recent graduate from an Acting course, with very little understanding of how the actual industry itself works, Little Big Door have asked me all the right questions and given me all the honest answers about what I need to do to get the right jobs. They've made me feel like I'm supported and not just another random guy, and I honestly don't know how I'd have the confidence and knowledge of what I need to do to succeed if it wasn't for them. Lots of agencies care about making money, but Little Big Door care about you.

Since joining LBD I have had good communications from all involved and comprehensive welcoming pack with a training guide that’s helped me dramatically as I’m new to the modelling industry. Everyone’s been really helpful and they don’t pussy foot around when they talk to me either- if I’m not doing something right I.e a self tape: they will tell me what I’m missing, the poor lighting or anything else. All in all they’re very helpful and supportive too

I work with these guys and all I have to say is James,Peter and the team go out of their way for me! always updating me and chatting on the phone even if there’s no work they explain what they are doing for me behind the scenes. If you want your agent to work hard for you give them the same respect you command it works wonders. Please remember they can only work with the tools they have so make sure you give them the best pictures etc,they can only put you forward for jobs nothing is guaranteed in this industry your face either fits or it doesn’t quite simple really.

I just wanted to say how welcomed I felt and how lovely, warm and kind James was. He gave me a crash course in the culture of entertainment modelling, casting and talent. He took so much time to show me the ropes and lended me so much expertise on to how to maximise my job opportunities, how to manage my socia media profile properly and so much more. Good evening everyone I really like the staff atmosphere and efficiency of this company. First of all, I would like to thank Tamim, james and lilly who helped me because I am not familiar with and understand the local culture, language and communication, but they are not only very patient. The attitude to answer my questions is also very good. This makes me have a very good impression of this company, especially James. He called me to explain my problem. When I knew he was the boss, I was very shocked. James not only didn’t have the boss’s tone and attitude. It is also very good and helped me solve many problems! I think the boss of a company can do this personally for this company. It will not be worse. At least so far, I have not seen any boss of a manager company do this. They are an agency that prove to be professional but all they do is Shame the applicants if we find out about them. They approached me saying that I have to pay a registration fee for signing up, they'll make the portfolio for me(for which they'll charge hundreds) . In general no genuine agency takes money from a model for recruiting her/him. I felt suspicious which is why I did not reply back. They called me again and I voiced out my concern by saying, I cannot afford that much money, and I don't think anyone asks for registration fee anywhere to hire models. I voiced out my opinion in a very polite way. They reply back saying we have rejected your application cos you are unworthy of joining us. You were really rude to the staff and you have zero industry knowledge about how talent agency works. Your attitude is bad which is why we are rejecting you . LOL I never accepted their offer for then to reject me. Just because I exposed them and it hurt their ego ,they took the upper hand in rejecting me and branding my character for them to remove me from their list. That's the most shallow thing anyone can do, let alone a "professional" agency like theirs.I just put forward my concern as a customer and their job is to give me trust to join the agency rather than shaming me by saying "my attitude is bad, I have poor domain knowledge, and I was rude" what a "smart " move. This is not the way a genuine agency reacts to a customer feedback. This is how they show their "professionalism". Would never recommend! Do not waste your money on "registration fees" and god knows when they'll call you back with a casting. Never work with an agency that treats the employees bad. Rather spend this money on a vacation!
