Australia | 18 March 2024We realised as were checking in, that Innstant had screwed-up our booking, which we made last year. We got an inferior room overlooking the noisy main car park. No apologies, just a refund. Whilst the refund was good, I just felt like a small insignificant customer at the receiving end of very poor, impersonal, and unprofessional service.

Have never had a problem in 4 years, either with using the site, or with the hotels visited. Easy to use with some handy little features (e.g. maps), great selection of hotels, affordable prices. What more do you want !

United Kingdom | 06 October 2012Innstant provides an easy web interface that is easily used with sorting options. Prices are excellent and the buy now pay later allows extra flexibility. I booked a 5 star Disney hotel at a 3 star price. Effectively 2 nights for the price of 1.

Ireland | 17 September 2012I've used this site twice now and both times they beat every other site i check....and i check them all! The site is clear, quick and doesn't throw stupid ad's and unwanted info/extras in your face. My favourite feature is that having looked at innstant, then looked at other sites it remembered my recent activity (hotels and travel dates) when i returned all i had to do was hit 'go' and then 'book'. I'm also a big fan of the book now and choose when to pay. This really makes it easier to budget credit card payments. I don't understand

Ireland | 11 July 2012recently started to use this website to book hotels and it is excellent, loyalty scheme allows you to build up points that can be transferred directly into money off on hotels. i did have some small issues that required me to contact the customer service and the assistance i received was second to none. furthermore the hotel prices seem to be slightly less and the website shows its competitors prices for the same hotel which is useful. great website, great deals and great customer service

Israel | 15 June 2012I began to book hotels from innstant.com (or its Israel branch hotelsdaka90) from Januar 2011 and found many best deals in different destinations like Casablanca (Maroc), Sevilla (Spain), Padova (Italy), Dead Sea (Israel),... I already check many sites (via hotelscombined.com, for example), but the innstant.com prices were the best. Also the business model of Innstant is very Customer oriented, because the most deals are refundable. I cancelled some bookings without any problems. I liked the new feature of comparaison because Innstant will displays also the better deals from another internet sites

Basically it is a no-nonsense way of booking hotels of appartments and on top of that you are rewarded points which you can exchange for a discount on your next reservation. The given price on the website is always the price which your credit card is charged with, so no hidden extra's or whatsoever. So I am always satisfied when I use this site for my online reservations.

Australia | 30 May 2012I would say my main beef with this company is the fact i was charged twice for one booking at a total of $540.00, I did make a reservation, cancelled it and then rebooked but I was never refunded the original charge, all done some months prior to the date of travel, so not particularly impressed.

As tourist can rarely familiar with the area/zoning of the country, it's difficult for them to filter the hotel they want. But if hotels are presented in a map form where tourist can locate themselves by some key tourist attractions, it would be more easier for tourist to reserve for a room that satisfy their need.

It was unfortunate I lost my entire amount because there wasn't anything they could do by the time I reached a person. I will never use or recommend this comany to anyone!

I have stayed in hotels from ireland to USA, and i have never had a problem plus on a few occasions i have actually been upgraded:) i would defiantly recommend innstant, and now i don't even bother checking other websites i just use this one!!
