I purchased the force USA commercial g9 machine and a cable has snapped tried to call more times than I can remember and nobody answers really not happy and can’t use my equipment because broke

Is it ethical to use "USA" in your name when you are made in China? That's a question for Force USA to ask itself. But as a customer you should know that you are not supporting American manufacturing by choosing Force USA over a competitor. Their equipment takes the slow boat from Shandong Province. There is simply no reason to pay a premium for this company's product. Look for that premium to increase if the new administration increases tariffs on Chinese imports. Other reviews complain of poor customer service. This may be a sign of financial distress. Payroll is often the first cut when a company struggles to keep the lights on. How does a defunct company honor a lifetime warranty?

This is, by far, the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. We placed an online order for a hack squat/leg press machine a week before Christmas because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Two days after placing an order, someone from Force called me back. I asked when the item would be delivered and was told that I should have it about a week after Christmas. It's now more than a week after New Years, and I still don't have the product. What's worse is that no one will answer the phone or call me back despite my leaving messages. My husband has sent an email and received a super general response with no ticket or delivery information. At this point, I'm scared that we've been scammed.

I ordered the C-10 all in one trainer and the sliding bench that was optional. Around $5,000 of equiptment (with assembly). I was ready to purchase these on July 4,2024. They were out of stock. I was told they would be in stock in the fall. At the end of August a company named Johnson Fitness Equipment contacted me and told me they had the C-10 in stock, but not the bench. I called ForceUSA and asked if they were in stock, they said next week they would have the bench and C-10 in stock. This is early Sept. I ordered from them, because they said they were in stock and had the bench. They probably weren’t, because I waited for delivery.They took my money before they were shipped. I complained, asking what was taking so long,ForceUSA sent me a free bike. Ok nice, a compensation for waiting this long. I was told shipping should take 3-10 days. It was now early October. One box was delivered, the weight stacks. Still waiting for the C-10. SAIA (the trucking company) lost that box, I did not get it until October 28th! And it was damaged and a piece was missing. ForceUSA did not package it well. This is very heavy Equiptment -No styrofoam only bubble wrap in a thin plywood box sealed with finishing nails, most were missing, only two remained (and they were out and bent). Plywood does not hold well when nails go into the thin plys, it only separates them. Terrible packing job!! Customer Service does not read or respond to the complete email, they only answer one question. I would have liked to have gotten a compensation for these problems and delays. Such as clearing my gym for assembly (2 months) a lot of phone calls, texts and e-mails, not to mention waiting everyday expecting delivery. Never any notice of when things will be delivered. The truck driver simply calls and says “I’m here” with a huge tractor trailer! The last truck did not have a lift to lower the 1,200 lb Equiptment, the driver had to take each piece out of a broken box and hand each piece to me. I understand SAIA had a responsibility here, but they can not compensate me, ForceUSA should, and send the bill to SAIA. A stepper or bumper plates, would have been nice and would have made me a happy customer. But as a result, I put up with much more than can be expected for paying $5,000 worth of equiptment. But the machine and bench are great!! So 2 ⭐️s.

Did not receive everything I ordered, and they do not reply to my emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought the leg press/hack squat back in May, and it is currently July and it still is not built. They send faulty threads and I have been trying to contact them for 2 MONTHS! I have heard nothing from them. This is an awful company and it’s absolutely ridiculous I have to leave 5 voicemails and hear nothing back. I’m on the verge of contacting my back to dispute the charge of this machine since it’s clearly a waste of money

I contacted Alex to get some assistance on the G12. I was ready to make the purchase and pay Force USA to install it for me. Alex advised me once over phone and then followed up in a written email that the G12 would fit my space. When I was finalising the purchase I triple checked with Alex that if the G12 didn't fit and the installers were unable to install it whether I was going to have an issue with returning it for a full refund. In a veiled response he told me that I would be liable for the return shipping even though it would have been his mistake. I'm disappointed Alex decided to guess whether the G12 would work for me instead of asking an installer or someone that had the knowledge. When I asked him to clarify he stopped responding. I'm writing this review purely to warn others firstly about advice given from Alex. Secondly, a poor customer experience. I was really looking forward to having the G12.

I purchase a g20 pro with the upgrade kit and the lat row and the delivery has been a nightmare 4 weeks and I 'm still waiting for the order to arrive. I only have 3 huge boxes a bunch of stuff that I can not put together because half of the order hasn't been shipped

Before the pandemic I was attending Equinox gym but when the pandemic hit I decided to set up my own garage gym. I started looking at multiple home gym equipment providers but my specific requirements were met only by ForceUSA - 1:1 cable ratio, selectorised weight stack, smith machine, compact size and many others. Initially I was interested in F100 due to its affordable price even though it did not tick all the boxes. Before making the purchase I reached out to ForceUSA and Marco very kindly explained to me the pros and cons. Subsequently I felt much more informed not just about the machine but also about building a home gym. Marco walked me through the whole process from flooring all the way down to weight plates. I ended up purchasing ForceUSA G12, FID Bench, 20 versafit mats, 90kg weights and a 20kg bar. Delivery and installation were quite easy going process. Abigail was really helpful setting up the delivery slot and organising everything around it. I cannot be happier with my purchase, it feels much better than a professional Gym.

So pleased with the ForceUSA G20. I have my own gym and it is exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for being so helpful prior to the purchase to answer all my questions so promptly and for keeping me informed between the dispatch and delivery. Great service.

I would not hesitate buying from these… I would not hesitate buying from these guys.This was the only company I felt comfortable with when I purchased the Monster USA G6. When I rang Gym and Fitness Equipment they were razor sharp and very friendly. If I rang and it rang out Jared would always call me back. It’s definitely worth every Penny best machine ever. Purchased the G6 model, folding rack and various attachments end of 2021. From start to now, the company have been a nightmare to deal with. The G6 was advertised incorrectly, problem with delivery, installation and after sales service is terrible. Specifically the G6, spend your money elsewhere. Everything is wrong with it and what could be corrected you won't get as once they have your money they're not interested. Happy to demo it to you or video / photos to help anyone even remotely looking at buying this. EDIT: As there is no way to reply to the forceusa response. It was not just the low row that was an issue or the fact that you haven’t sent a part you said you would months ago but at least now readers can see if they do have an issue with ForceUSA or gymandfitnessequipment and need a response, write a review.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Marco klue (product expert) answered all my questions and delivered on the service. The item itself is built very well and is a fantastic piece of equipment for your home gym. The instructions are pretty clear, but make sure you look at each step carefully first. They supply the Allen keys required, but, you'll need a set of 13,17 & 19 inch spanners/sockets. Plenty of YouTube videos out there, to help you with installation if needed.

Amazing customer service. They truly care about the quality of the products and the level of service they provide to their customers. Miles went out of his way to help fix my issue even though it seemed impossible at the time as my order was placed at a different branch. I recommend them for your at-home gym needs and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

For health reasons I decided to acquire a Multi-Gym and got myself the Force USA MyRack Space Saver with extensive other things to complete my gym. Jared Leask who is a representative of Force USA and Gym & Fitness Supplier attended to all my needs spectacularly. Jared not only got everything I needed and wanted but also gave me a generous discount with a 10 months interest free to pay for it all through Hitachi Finance which took literally minutes to be approved! I purchased a G6, Bench and Weight Package. Initially wanted a G12 but after good advice I changed my mind. Delighted with service, product and installation. Would recommend without hesitation and communication was on point.

Fantastic from start to finish. Jared and the team have been excellent, communication throughout the process has been second to none . I purchased the force USA G9 and this machine is an absolute beast . It does everything you could wish to do and provides so much variety to your workout program. I have used / owned many well branded gym machines in the past and this is the best I have used by a distance . The smith machine and cables are very smooth indeed and the frame is so sturdy . I couldn’t be any happier with the process . Thank you to all involved including the installation lads that did a great job .
