Where do I start? This is my very first investment buying a Buy to Let property. I went in totally blind. I saw an advertisement on Facebook which caught my eye and took an instant interest in it. At the same time, I was unsure, questioning myself, is it too much of a risk has it will take all my savings, are they a reputable company etc. I filled my details in to have a brochure sent just out of curiosity really and get more information on it. The property is what used to be Crown House in Huddersfield, which is being converted into 198 apartments. A young man called Ryan Morley rang me back regarding my interest and WOW! I Decided to go ahead with the sale for the simple reason, the knowledge that man has got, the reassurance he's given me, I really could go on and on. I'd just like to say, there were no pressure whatsoever for me to go ahead with this sale. He sent me plans of which apartments were still available etc for which I chose one. Can't tell you how many questions I've fired at him and each and every time, he's answered them and explained everything really clearly. When I received the contract, there were lots of questions in there I didn't understand. I wrote down what I needed to ask him and again, he was there to explain clearly what they mean. He gets back to you immediately aswell no matter what day of the week, what time, he'll always be there. Ryan sorted a solicitor out for me and everything. I've just exchanged contracts today which has only been just short of a month from start to finish. I can not praise Ryan Morley up enough for all the advice, reassurance, keeping me informed throughout the process, absolutely every single thing he's done for me because this really has been a massive project for me.
