I’d give zero stars if I could! This company moved a pallet for us and the item was badly damaged in transit. We started an insurance claim with them as we paid for extra cover. The claim was approved and the insurance company paid Caribou who own Easy Pallets a month ago, I have yet to see this money which is several thousand pounds. There is no contact number for them, their ‘head office’ is empty and has bailiffs regularly attending. They don’t reply to emails. The Easy Pallet depot refuse to give me a phone number or address for their accounts department to where the money has been sent. Sarah at Easy Pallets is being extremely evasive and obviously tells lies. An horrific company who are obviously intent on keeping my money, I will not let this lie!! 😡

I contacted EasyPallets on a Friday to arrange collection of an van engine on a pallet. They collected from Bristol on the following Monday and delivered to the destination near Milton Keynes on Tuesday. No damage, no issues. My only gripe is there was no confirmation as to when they would be collecting (I had to call to find out), and there is no tracking of the collection or delivery. The addition of that would be brilliant. Reference: EP24292

Please read this review before dealing with this horrible company. I had my first big order as a start-up business and decided to deliver my goods in a pallet, as it was a large quantity. Unfortunately, my pallet got lost, and the communication was very bad from the company. After I refunded my customer, Easypallets contacted me that they found my pallet and will be returning the goods to me. Meaning they would not compensate me (I paid for a £2500 insurance cover) and a huge loss of my first big customer. My goods arrived all dirty and damaged packages on the pallet. I tried to contact Ruth from Easypallets, however, her customer service was very bad and no solutions were offered!! got to a point in which the company just started ignoring me and no reply. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! WAS A LONG STRESSFUL 2 MONTHS DEALING WITH THEM!

The good: Ruth and Sarah at their customer services are excellent to deal with and very responsive. Prices are keen and pricing structure is reasonable and clear. Item was delivered undamaged and tracking was clear each step of the way. The bad: Pallet was picked up Friday and ordered/scheduled to be delivered Monday, but delivered a day late with no clear reason as to why.

Easypallets is an amazing company to work with, with outstanding customer service, unbeatable prices, Can't praise Ruth enough, keeps you up to date with the status of the delivery. Would highly recommend Easypallet. We will be using their services again.

Had a machine to bring from Kent to northern Ireland it fitted on an oversized pallet with overhang ,I was finding it difficult to arrange transport easypalletts were the only company I tryed who would quote me for it. Pallet was collected on time and delivered as arranged at a very keen price , very pleased would use them again .

Booked a next day pallet collection after 5pm and the goods were collected the next day without issue and delivered the following day. I spoke to easypallet on the phone to confirm the collection after booking online and they were very professional, offering great customer service at a good price. I will definitely use there services again. Great service even during lockdown!
