Guide Khaled is the most knowledgeable guide I ever met! He has sufficed experience and knowledge for all of the temples and tourist attractions. Also he is really warm and considerable, making us feel like home. If you want to deeply learn about the old Egyptian culture, don’t hesitate to contact him, and you will learn a lot from him.

Our guide Emad went above and beyond to make our tour customized to our interests and make us feel safe and comfortable. Despite it being over 107 degrees Fahrenheit outside he ensured we were able to travel at our own pace with time for pictures rest and also understanding when to shorten the path because it was so hot, and call our driver to pick us up immediately. He was great and took care of us from peddlers so they won’t bother us - which made us feel safe. A great time. Truly recommend it. One request would just be if they can accept credit card payments. Carrying cash and then paying at the end makes me nervous. Would rather get the payments completed before by card and not worry about getting charged for what by the end.

Thank you for your team, the tour guide who are Omar and Khaled, they made me a good day in Cairo and Luxor, they helped us to take lots of amazing pictures and wiling to tell us the history about Egypt. Vorab: Unser Ausflug war wunderschön und sehr gut organisiert. Von Anfang an wurde mit uns per WhatsApp kommuniziert und immer zeitnah geantwortet. Unser Flieger ging um 6 Uhr. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und ist angenehm gefahren. Angekommen in Kairo hat uns unser Guide Tarek begrüßt. Vor ab hatten wir hier auch Kontakt per WhatsApp. Angefangen hat es mit der Besichtigung der Pyramiden. Danach haben wir die Sphinx besichtigt. Da wir noch Zeit bis zum Mittagessen hatten, sind wir in einem Papyrus Laden gefahren. Uns wurde erklärt wie alles hergestellt wurde und woran man ein echtes Papyrus Bild erkennt. Sehr interessant und ohne Zwang etwas zu kaufen. Das Mittagessen war lecker und das Restaurant hatte einen Blick auf die Pyramiden. Anschließend ging es in das Museum. Tarek hat ein unfassbar gutes Geschichtswissen. Es hat Spaß gemacht zuzuhören. Das Schöne an der Tour war, dass wir als erstes zusammen mit ihm die Attraktionen besichtigt haben, danach dann aber privat Zeit hatten. Zum Schluss sind wir zur Chan el-Challi gefahren. Hier hat uns Tarek alles erklärt, hat uns rumgeführt und uns so das richtige Leben in Kairo gezeigt. Tarek hat uns nicht nur was zu den Attraktionen erzählt, sondern so viel mehr über das Leben in Kairo und in Ägypten, über die Schulbildung, die Arbeit, den Verkehr,... Der ganze Tag war wirklich gelungen. Wir wissen nun so viel mehr über das Land und sind begeistert. Jetzt kommen wir aber zu meinem persönlichen Highlight. Momentan ist Ramadan. Da unser Flieger erst sehr spät am Abend ging, hatten wir natürlich noch Zeit. Tarek ist mit uns dann zu einem einheimischen Lokal gegangen, wo er öfter ist und hat uns gezeigt was man hier so typischer Weise isst. Es war kein einziger Tourist dort und es war der Wahnsinn live zu erleben wie der Ablauf des Fastenbrechens ist. Das Essen auch lecker! Wir schätzen es sehr, dass Tarek mit uns Essen war, obwohl das Fasten lieber mit der Familie gebrochen wird. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass wir ohne Ankündigung in einen Parfümladen geschickt wurden. Das hat aber den schönen Tag nicht gestört. Hier wurde auch ein Nein akzeptiert. Ich würde jedem diese private Tour empfehlen, auch wenn der Tag wirklich sehr lang war. Es lohnt sich!
