Never an issue with Greaves sports, delivery always in a few days at most. Unlike some other retailers they are very reliable

I recieved confirmation that my Son's football boots (a birthday present for tomorrow) would be delivered today by Royal Mail, through the Shop app and Royal Mail itself, between 11:30 and 14:30, but the item has not been delivered. Customer service team didn't want to know, provide any apology or offer of resolution. They just kept pointing to a link to their site regarding 'Estimated' deliveries, even though I was told an exact delivery date and time and took time off work to recieve the parcel (because if you miss delivery with Royal Mail, it goes to the depot). Poor service.

Ordered an incorrect size due to bad advertising. Would not refund. Value of product was only £1. Postage £4.99. So not worth returning. Miserable poor customer service. Wil never use again
