Greaves have been very helpfull in this instance due to a disappeared parcel which was delivered to the wrong address, in fact wrong street and wrong post code! A week later with still no sign of residents at wrong address or the parcel, Greaves have decided to refund me! Although disappointed not getting goods ordered due to a Royal Mail Error I am not out of pocket financially, just annoyed by Royal Mail which will fade until the next time...as their overall service is poor...!

Purchased clothing and equipment from the golf oat of the shop. The staff Mark, JP and Graham really friendly, helpful men. I’m new to golf and they assisted me no end. Very knowledgeable golfers themselves. Highly recommend this store.
