Knowledgeable, friendly and no sales gimmicks. Went to Greaves to see if I required a certain trainer for my running, turns out I was already on the right track. They never tried to sell anything different and just gave good advice. Nice range of all sports clothing and equipment also lifestyle range too. ( May need to check that out more)
