United States | 03 February 2020We used to shop our cruises but Tatjana from Reisebüro TF Reisen got us a better room and a better price on our European Celebrity Cruise than we were able to get anywhere else. She was extremely efficient and took all the confusion out of assisting us with details regarding internet packages, drink packages, dining preferences, activities etc....the list goes on. Tatjana made it all so easy for us that we decided to skip the shopping and went directly to her for booking our recent Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean. Once again, the same great results on prices, rooms and amenities. Tatjana has integrity, reliability and a cordial touch which turns the normally tedious chore of booking cruises into an easy and pleasurable experience.
