I was not happy to receive a phone call after request for funds, as it was/is not stated in the contract. This is something new??? Also, my expectation of fluent English speakers is A+, nothing worse than not being able to understand someone whilst speaking to them via the phone.

New Zealand | 18 May 2017Was better without having to recontact them to explain what the loan is for. If needed why not make it part of the initial application. Ie.loan, amount, term, pin, reason. Otherwise like that it's quick and easy.

New Zealand | 18 May 2017I think they are very good to work with, however only a little thing that I may mention is that when you've already been on the pay roll or whatever you want to call it, i think it annoying that you still get asked what the loan is for. I like to think that as long as the customer is paying the money back within the contract or whatever that it shouldn't really matter because you have already approved them before. I do realize that you may need to ask now and then but to ask every time you make a loan, can be annoying. Over all though really great people to work with i haven't had any other problems or concerns.
