Australia | 01 April 2025I purchased a solar inverter and required technical support, on their website it indicates that they provide good customer service. Absolute BS. The 1300 number rings out, no one ever answers. Emailed all their addresses online, no one responds ever. Did this a dozen times. They don't give a rats about their customers at all. Avoid like a plague.
