Was really disappointed with our experience here, more so because Carl came highly recommended. We had a small financial issue which may have affected an offer and rather than try to help, or be honest and say sorry it can't happen and offer some advice on how to overcome it, we got radio silence. Our emails, calls and messages went ignored. Luckily we found another firm which helped us buy our dream home.

Since me and my gf started our property journey we contacted Wiseone and a day later John got in touch with us after the company being recommended by my brother. John has looked after us from head to toe and as first time buyers its quite scary because you don't know what your doing. However super John to the rescue John explained every detail of the process from start to finish. With this mortgage process I've never been stressed. its because of the service they provide. With John and this company they get back to you straight away which is just an added bonus because there is nothing worse then waiting and calling someone that wont answer. We were recommended Wiseoneuk by our developer Taylor Wimpey. Charlotte was great from the start at explaining the process. She also responded to phone calls and emails really quickly and really gave us the confidence to pursue our mortgage. Our case then went over to Lynne who was equally amazing at chasing our mortgage provider and explaining where we were up to. Our mortgage offer came through in under 3 weeks, we had regular updates and this meant it was relatively stress free thanks to the hard work of Charlotte and Lynne.

Really pleased with the service from WiseOne and especially Carl Bowler. Me and my partner have just bought our first house and used the HTB scheme. We didn't know much about the process and were unsure if we would even be considered due to my partners credit having defaults a couple of years ago.
