I had a slight issue with a print I had ordered as I needed it for my fiancées' birthday and after being contacted and advised it wouldn't have made it here in-time, due to a small problem in production, Fleur went above and beyond to ensure I had my chosen print delivered in-time for the big birthday surprise! Absolutely brilliant customer service, 11/10.

This is my second collection of Slim Aaron prints and the quality of both are excellent. The Production team were equally excellent in delivering ahead of schedule just in time for a birthday gift. Overall a fantastic experience buying from Galerie Prints.

A great online experience. I ordered a giant Slim Aarons print from NZ and asked if Galerie would process this 1 week ahead of their standard two week lead time, so that a family member who was flying home could bring it with them. They were happy to do this, were quick and clear with communication via email - overall a fantastic online experience. Would recommend to anyone.

A really positive experience with Stuart at Galerie Prints. He was very communicative, giving me updates at all times on my order and very friendly throughout. A really easy process and I'd highly recommend!

I ordered 2 prints and when, several days later there had been no communication, I called the gallery to be told that the order hadn't been processed because he was "busy" and I would have to wait and he hung up. I called back and was told I would get a refund and he hung up again. Had to wait almost 2 weeks for refund. AVOID!!
