Friendly atmosphere and helpful instructors. The experience was very informative and rewarding. I learnt a lot about providing quality care to service users and the necessary communication skills and restraint tactics to subdue services users who prove difficult to handle. All personal of Avalon were patient and very kind towards the trainees and I look forward to coming back next year for my refresher course.

The training and the tutor was very helpful and supportive. The lesson was delivered in a very comfortable environment as well.

The tutors were experienced and did a very thorough job in training us. I would totally recommend to anyone. We got more value than the amount we paid for the training.
