Our mains pipe to our bathroom basin broke & the flexi pipe blew a hole at midnight, our stopcock had also stopped working. They were the fastest to respond & fixed the leak pretty quickly with minimal damage to the bathroom. Of course, it was expensive due to the time of it, but that did catch us off guard a bit. We did have a little issue with the delays/timings for the follow up work because they couldn’t get the part - we ended up waiting in the whole weekend - but they did come and finish the job.

I’ve been using Dimi Emergency Plumbing for over five years, and they’ve always provided excellent service. Recently, they installed a Combi boiler and a cylinder at two of my properties. They’ve done a lot of plumbing work for me over the years, and I can’t recommend them enough. The team is friendly, hardworking, and committed to building their business while delivering fantastic results. Highly recommended!

The good bits: they said they would turn up and they did (better than the last two who didn't). Friendly and fast working. Sorted the problem in 30 mins. The bad bits: £282 for 30 mins work (not including the £72 call out charge) seems very steep. So, like the Bugatti, really good but really, really expensive.

The claim to of done the work on my mums boiler in the early hours of the morning so I got a local company out to check the boiler and it turns out Dimi didn’t do any of the work they said they did. I have photographic evidence and a written report to back this up. Luckily my mum is getting her money back through the bank. Please please please avoid this rip off scamming company. Like I said my mums been lucky and getting her money back but the next person might not be soo lucky.

After struggling with a severe drainage block for over 5 weeks, I had two different plumbers come out to fix it. Unfortunately, each time, the blockage returned within days. Not only was he professional and efficient, but he also managed to fully unblock the drain. It's been 7 days now, and the water is still running smoothly with no signs of the previous issue coming back. Dimi’s expertise and thorough approach were exactly what I needed. After multiple visits, the issue remained there, he comes loses few hours not listening to what we say where is the clog, End-up being tired of waiting from him to show up as always comes with excuses and delays , bought the equipment and unclogged it myself, there was a huge Calcified clog that we always said it was there, but apparently the professionals seem to have missed it. Note: he made 1000 pounds from me and refused to give it back. Two plumbers arrived same day to fix a leaky pipe. Promptly identified the source of blockage and worked over a couple of hours to clean out boiler filter and waste pipes from kitchen machines. Good communication, friendly service and offered useful advice to prevent any recurrence. Paid fixed price, rather than hourly rate. They have promised to return to straighten a screw fitting on filter housing (not causing a leak)

Responded to me within minutes and arrived a couple of hours later to replace a broken shower set. Done quickly, despite needing some additional supplies. We noticed a leak and they returned the same evening. The 3 plumbers worked tirelessly until very late despite the heat. Returned the following day and finished the job. Pleasant people, cheerful attitude, arrived when they said they would, kept us updated throughout, meticulous and professional job. Highly recommended.
