From the moment I called to the time my ticket was issued, the sales rep, Ricky, was very helpful. He called everyday to give me an update on my purchase and that was really reassuring. I will definitely recommend them.

Having had a nasty experience with a bogus travel Agent online Britain Travel and Tours where after paying £2000 the company disconnected their phone number and never got the ticket, l was apprehensive buying another ticket from another online travel agent but l was wrong. Fareshop was the complete opposite. Ricky the sales representative was marvellous, very professional kept on reassuring me until finally the ticket was issued within an hour of payment. Fareshop supervisor Nelson was amazing, very professional, excellent customer service, gave me update through e-mails until ticket was issued. After the issuance of the tickets both Ricky and Nelson rang me to find out if I had received the tickets. I would recommend Fareshop to anyone.
