I pre-ordered a golf trolley to be delivered in November! Each time I emailed them to confirm delivery I received an automated reply that they would get back to me! Never did! By November the 28th I had still not received it or any notification from them! Pay pal stepped in and refunded me! Do not rely on this company!

It seems a common theme with this Company. Atrocious Service. Pre ordered a trolley in October no reply to numerous e-mails, including a refund request and still no contact apart from their 12 hour reply “promise”. I am having to resort to trading standards to try and get somewhere. I will never use again.

The service I have received from Capital Golf has been reasonable however I am very dissatisfied with the delivery company FedEx as I received a message from them saying my parcel was due to be delivered yesterday. I waited in all day for it and tracked it however the driver was located in Richmond all day and never attempted my delivery in Bromley South. Very disappointed.

I ordered this on Saturday evening and replied to the confirmation email saying that in error i had given my old postcode, i received an email saying someone would get back to me in 12 hours but nothing i then received and email from Fedex saying my parcel was coming today i called them to tell them post code incorrect they said we can’t change postcode and gave me Capital phone number which said you are closed coz of Covid so i emailed again and got another e mail saying you would get back to me in 12 hours no reply and no parcel so totally dissatisfied

I ordered a golf trolley in September and paid for it. Despite promises that it would be with me by October, then November I still don't have it although the company have had my money since September. Customer service is non existant. No replies to countless e mails and no number to call. V disappointed.

I ordered and paid for a golf trolley 30/10/20 and was given 3-7 working days for delivery. I have still not received my order. I have emailed numerous times to ask when I should expect delivery but had no reply. I have also tried calling. I will be contacting trading standards if I do not have get a refund or the goods delivered within the next 7 days. I can see this is a common problem with the company and think people need to be made aware of the terrible customer service.

I wouldn’t give them 1 star if it was possible! Still waiting for a golf trolley ordered on the 6th October 2020 and theyve taken the money. Have emailed them several times and have had no contact. Disgusting service, I wouldn’t use this firm. Thanks for your inconsiderate reply, maybe you should make this a little bit clearer. Does not excuse the fact i had to put a review on to get a REPLY! Well obviously its not been delivered so maybe a confirmation of a date perhaps!? Disgusting service, truly!!!!

So far I have had no confirmation of shipment, no delivery of order (should have been here 4 days ago) & no reply to queries. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED. Response received of 'The delivery date for the custom golf balls personalisation was shown on the product page before you purchased the item. All order will be shipped on or before 20/12/21 as stated on the product page' is rubbish as the website actually says 'Last date for orders is the 8th December 2020 at 5pm. and all orders will be shipped from Capital Golf before 20/12/21' This order was placed on 7th November. Receipt says Shipping Standard (1-3 Working days).

I placed an order and paid for a golf buggy on 4th September, and have been chasing ever since, not only for a delivery date, but some sort of acknowledgement of my request. So far, some 10 weeks later, I have had just 2 very loose and non committal replies, nothing over the last month and no one has had the courtesy to give me an update or a possible ETA. I knew I would have to wait a little while, but this is ridiculous!!!!

Purchased a pair of winter J Lindeberg fleecy golf trousers. Looked on other sites but didn’t have 30 waist. Deceivers was quick - within 3 days. Overall excellent service.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received for a sub standard Lindenberg product. From the start of this process back in February, my replacement item just arrived today (8 months later) No one ever took accountability for the poor service, all I ever got was very abrupt responses that I had to chase to get an answer on numerous occasions, great service when you walk into the shop but absolutely terrible theteafter. Back end team need a tutorial in customer service, worth while investing in to avoid this situation going forward.
