Good firm to deal with. Competitive pricing. Clear and transparent billing policy with a monthly bill. Can't use our smart meters but hopefully that will change soon. Easy to contact them by e-mail or chat or phone.

Keep a check up for comparison of meter readings taken manually and readings taken remotely if smart meters installed on property!

found very competitive price-wise downside I have a smart meter from my last provider and with goto I have to send meter readings in every month which is a bit of a hassle

The company seems good, they contacted me in different ways, email and phone to warn that the tariff I was on was about to increase and that they wanted me to move to a new tariff.

I had read the online feedback for this company and was concerned, HOWEVER ! don't be concerned iv used this company for 1 year now, and customer service phone answer time is V.GOOD. The prices for tariffs are V.GOOD iv had no problems at all im V.PLEASED with the service and support i WOULD RECCOMEND this company without a doubt.... thank you and iv signed up for another year AT A EVEN LOWER PRICED TARIFF **BRILIANT**

Had a reminder email sent and a phone call to say my contract was nearing it's end. Was given the options for a new tariff. I made a quick comparison using comparison websites, and found once again that goto energy was my best option. Changed easily onto the new tariff. No problem at all. Happy with their service.
