United Kingdom | 30 October 2023Spoke to a lovely gentleman on the phone. Explained my situation involving alot of water going on a mattress due to a flood from the loft. He explained that the mattress was beyond repair. Didn't try to sell me anything and explained perfectly. He sent me an email to pass on to the insurance company. Excellent service. Thank you. If I ever need anything cleaned I will most definitely use. A very honest company.

Very bad quality of cleaning and overpriced service also makes you think about legality of the company when every each one of them is from Eastern Europe and when you ask them about the job you can see them being tired and generally sad people. I think there's many better companies out there if you want to help local businesses. This one seems kinda off

United Kingdom | 06 October 2019We were initially impressed with Ultra when we first booked a consultation. They sent someone to assess our needs, they took on board our specific requirements and were flexible around my lodgers' shift work. Unfortunately, there were issues with every clean they performed. From the bathrooms being completely missed, to the floors being left un-vacuumed and specific instructions being ignored potentially injuring out pet dog. After one particularly poor clean, Ultra did send someone out free of charge to rectify the issue, which encouraged me to try them one more time. However, the very next clean was a disappointment. The showers in both of the bathrooms were not cleaned. When I went to clean the shower drains myself, I came to realise that despite showing the cleaners ourselves how to clean the drains and them assuring us that they were cleaning them with each visit, it was very clear to me that they had not been cleaned in a very long time. They didn't offer to send anyone to rectify the issue again and so I cancelled future cleans. They then charged us extra, with no explanation. I paid to avoid having to deal with them further.
