Canada | 02 May 2024We were referred to Status Inspection by an aunt and we couldn't be happier with the job Chuk did! As first time home buyers, we wanted a detailed inspection and no surprises. We got that and more! Chuk went through the home with a fine tooth comb with a 6-7 hour inspection, he took hundreds of pictures, lots of notes, and took 2 hours to explain everything to us afterwards! The detail, explanations, and the overall immense amount of knowledge Chuk has is top notch. Chuk's inspection provided us with a post-inspection hard copy (as well as a pdf copy) document of small things for us to consider doing over the next year in our new to us home as well as provided us with immediate relief that there was nothing majorly wrong with the home. We would highly recommend! 10/10! Thank you, Chuk! : )

He is very professional and made us feel more confident with our purchase as first time home buyers. He was very thorough and took the time to fully explain everything he found during the inspection. We were provided with a ton of information that was very helpful and we are so happy we chose to not only have an inspection done, but to have Chuk do it.
