Ordered a Birthday cake and a bouquet for my brother's birthday on Jun 8, 2022. First of all they did not deliver the bouquet (even today), Next they messed up the wordings on the cake. Contacted them multiple times thru whatsapp and no one seemed to be bothered to respond. They don't have the basic courtesy to apologize for the mess up and missing delivery. I demand a full refund of my order. I will not recommend them.

Second the actual receive and picture is completely beyond imagination ..the teddy was xs size and in the picture they are showing XXL size teddy . Highly dissatisfied
