I can highly recommend Epic installations. I needed a new combi-boiler as mine was 20 years old and worse for wear. Jason was more than helpful, he came over and measured up and inspected my current set-up. I was then offered a number of options to choose from as a replacement. On the day of installation Dan turned up and did an excellent job installing the boiler and modifying the pipework to suit. I am really pleased with the quality of work and the fact he completed the job start to finish all by 4pm! Dan took away my old boiler and left the place neat and tidy. The new boiler has so far been excellent and now I have the luxury of a 12 year warranty.

Having had quotes from several companies to refurbish our family bathroom we chose Epic as we liked their plans and felt they were trustworthy from our initial meetings and communications with Steve. It was incredibly useful to visit their Bedminster showroom to help us make final choices/ selections, not only to physically see products but to hear advice etc from those that know! We were amazed that the work stared on time despite being given the start date 9 months earlier. The work progressed quickly and smoothly with the majority carried out by the extremely hard working Harry but was also well managed to incorporate other members of the team coming in to complete their roles on schedule. We knew each day who to expect and when. As a family we are incredibly delighted with the finished result and would use Epic again without hesitation.

Terrible. I asked someone to look at the shower as it ran cold. The gentleman arrived and said I needed a new thermostat. I gave him the name of the company I had purchased the part from. I spoke to someone at the office who told me to pay the bill when the job was completed. I was sent a bill and rang them to say I had heard nothing from them. I then received a reminder. When I rang and asked what was going on I received a mouthful of abuse, told that I had already cost them money and would be sending in the bailiffs. No mention of the shower which is still not fixed. Avoid this company like the plague. An abusive bunch of cowboys after a quick buck with no understanding of customer care. I am only sorry I cannot give them no stars.

We’re in the slow process of renovating an old property and have come across builders, fitters and tradespeople of all shapes and sizes - some brilliant, others unreliable at best. The team at Epic Installations fall into the ‘brilliant’ category - they were professional from start to finish, they completed the job exactly when they said they would and the quality of their workmanship was second to none. Epic not only completely refurbished two bathrooms for us, they replaced some extremely ropey plumbing that had previously been badly installed. They project managed all three elements of the work they did for us which meant that we didn’t need to worry about searching around for the right fitters or plasterers or having multiple conversations with different trades. Every member of the team slotted in at the right time and completed their part of the process to the highest standard. It’s reassuring for us to know that the quality of the pipework and prep behind the walls is every bit as durable as the paintwork and the fittings that we can see. In line with the style of our 200 year old house, we wanted to achieve a classic look but with contemporary fittings. With some expert advice from Steve and relentless hard work by Harry and the team, Epic did deliver exactly what we had hoped. We were able to visit the showroom and see exactly which furniture and fittings would work and, between us, figured out how to squeeze the most out of two awkward and dilapidated spaces. Before Epic transformed our bathrooms, we used to look forward to staying away in other people’s houses or making the most of a hotel. Now we just feel thrilled to be at home. Whatever the age or size of your bathroom or home, if you’re looking for a reputable, quality company to supply and fit a new bathroom, give Epic Installations a ring. They were competitively priced, they delivered exactly what we wanted and were a pleasure to work with and have in the house. Epic recently renovated my rather dilapidated bathroom. They were awesome from start to finish. They started on the agreed date, completed the works on time, everything was finished off perfectly and my bathroom now looks amazing. An excellent, top quality and reliable service from start to finish with Steve and his team. We used Epic Installations to transform 3 bathrooms, replace our water cylinder and install new radiators in our property. The transformations is beyond our expectations and we could not be happier with the beautiful end results. The team were professional, helpful, patient and responsive to our questions throughout. With 3 rooms to fit it was always going to be a challenge making decisions. However, Steve made the decision making process seem easy. He was amazing from the initial meet in guiding us through different options advising on modern trends, different styles and designs and also where we could save costs where possible. This involved spending a good amount of time talking this through in the showroom where we never felt rushed or any time pressures. Nothing was too much trouble. The range in the showroom we found to be of high quality and a great range to choose from. Our decision to go with the shower panels, as opposed to tiles is one we won’t regret! Great idea Steve!! In terms of the fitting, Harry cannot be faulted. He is an excellent workman, an absolute perfectionist and the attention to detail is brilliant. It was a pleasure to have him around the house. He informed us throughout of next steps. With 3 rooms to do we were used to having him around for a number of weeks, and he was always punctual, super tidy in his work and professional. The whole project was coordinated smoothly by Steve, with Danny coming in replacing the cylinder and radiators and we must mention how lovely Oscar was doing the tiling. What a great team! Your priority clearly is on ensuring that the customer is happy with the finished result and we would certainly plan to use the team for future work!

Our first introduction to Epic Installations was via a leak from one floor to another. Tracey arrived and was the best tradesman we'd ever had - he confirmed we were happy with his approach to fixing the issue and explained the faults in pipework as he discovered them. We decided our bathrooms were due a refresh and called Steve to investigate our options. We were very impressed to find the professionalism and honest nature of Tracey exists throughout the company. Steve patiently helped us decide on designs, had excellent money saving suggestions and made sure our indecisions were always answered. Harry who came to install the rooms was on time every day, took care over keeping the house tidy and was just a pleasure to have around for the work! Finally - after we thought we may have had floorboards with a manufacturing error, Steve took the time to not just contact the manufacturer, but also return to a previous job to confirm the design was as intended. Fantastic customer care after the job was done!

We wanted to update our kitchen, bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and replace our old gas boiler. Steve co-ordinated the design and project managed the work. He and the installation team did a great job and went the extra mile, all for a good price. We are very pleased with the results.

Huge thanks to all the team at Epic for the amazing job of a total renovation of our main bathroom, en suite, replacing our boiler and water cylinder plus radiators. The guys were a pleasure to have in the house, worked their socks off, left the house clean and tidy each day and kept us informed of what they were doing at each stage. We were unlucky enough to have some major issues left by the previous owners disastrous attempts at DIY but the guys took it in their stride, striped back the room to the bare essentials and rebuilt it all. I had a vision of what I wanted and they have produced just that! We are so happy with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Epic to anyone who is looking at getting some work done.

Thought I would be clever and fit my own radiator. Big mistake. Leaks. Rang Epic as had no hot water. Situation resolved in less than 24 hrs. Great service. Thank you Epic !!

We arranged for a callout due to one of our hot water taps not activating the boiler. On the phone it was explained we would either pay for the labour if the boiler could be repaired there and then or would receive a quote for repair if parts were needed. Epic Heating were able to organise a technician to come out promptly who diagnosed the problem with the boiler, said he did a temporary fix and then arranged for a quote. The "temporary fix" unfortunately immediately stopped working. We were then given a quote for the repair (around£400) and decided we would look to change the boiler instead. I emailed back to Epic explaining this and then a week later I was surprised to receive an invoice for the diagnostic work done at £72. I challenged this as we were not told at any point that we would be liable to pay for this. Had we been we likely would have just replaced the boiler as it was already quite old and something we had been thinking about doing. They apologised but insisted we still had to pay and in the end we've just had a baby and I didn't have the time to get into a protracted argument about it. Everyone was perfectly amicable at Epic Heating but we had a temporary fix that never worked and then a bill for we had not been told to expect at all. Overall we were quite disappointed with the experience.

Epic Heating is brilliant had an issue with my boiler due to my original pump being faulty. Phoned at 20.00pm and had a phone call back within 5 minutes and it was all sorted within a few hours. Really cant fault Epic. If you want a company who you can trust this is it. Will definitely be enquiring about a new kitchen & bathroom when we move house. Thank you
