Fantastic workmanship. We have had Rich sort our en-suite which was amazing, we new roughly what we were after however with his input right from the planning he was able to provide us with something far better than we were expecting. He was able to repair our boiler when we were told previously (not by Rich) that we couldn’t fix it plus he has really helped us at short notice when we have had the occasional issue. The only questionable part is his odd socks!! 😂😂

We had Rich & his lads to update/upgrade our central heating system, water & they did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with what they did they are going to update our bathroom as well. Fully recommend Richard 100% great guy. Thanks Rich.👍🏻

We had previously used Rich to install some new radiators and due to his high standards and professionalism, did not hesitate to ask for a quote for our new bathroom. From the start he offered great advice, made some good suggestions on design and suppliers. He talked us through the process so there were no surprises and he gave us the pros and cons for anything we wanted to have in the bathroom. We always felt he had our best interests at heart. We were able to make last minute changes and nothing felt like it was too much trouble. I have to give a mention to Nathan and Cameron who make up the team with Rich, two of loveliest most polite, respectful young men who are an absolute credit to the company. All three of them always left the area spotlessly clean. I'm over the moon with the end results and couldn't reccomend this company highly enough. 5 star service, professionalism and work. Thank you

We used Richard to replace a bath with a walk in shower earlier in the year. We also used Richard and his team recently to deal with a leak from old pipework under our hot tank. Richard has a friendly personality and is very helpful and knowledgeable.He advised we may be able claim a VAT exemption as the shower was for a mobility issue, providing details of where to find information and how to apply. He also came out the same day that we contacted him about the leak and arranged for the work to be carried out next day. Richard and his team also work to a very high level of workmanship and we're very pleased with the results.

Richard supplied and fitted a new boiler and unvented hot water cylinder. He was a pleasure to deal with, from his first visit to discuss the work to the final day everything ran like clockwork. Richard has an eye for detail and works to the highest standard using quality components.

Excellent work - we had a full overhaul of our heating and boiler system. Richard was great with arriving when promised to give the quote, good advice on options and choice, the week they spent working in the house was so stress free. They arrived on time every day and left the house clean and useable in the evening. Lovely friendly team and very customer focussed.
