Never had this issue with other companies. Edit: D8 has been cooperative in assisting me through these shipping issues although they were not in control of shipping. The problem was quickly addressed and mended with a shipping refund, freebies, and updated shipment tracking. I greatly appreciate the swift communication and resolutions provided to me.
