Bought a teclast T40S from Amazon. A complete waste of money. Yes they are cheap, but what good is cheap if they are useless.Mine never updates, battery life is not as promised, and it crashes. I contacted Teclast several times but all I get is standard replies and excuses. Amazon should be ashamed to sell these products.

Jeg har købt 2 Teclast N20 Pro, Mini PC Computer med Intel N95 og Windows 11, jeg har lige bestilt en mere med 16 GB Ram og 1 TB disk. Jeg er 100% tilfreds, de kører godt, fylder ikke ret meget og kan købes til en fornuftig pris. Jeg har haft et par spørgsmål, sendte dem direkte til Teclast og fik svar dagen efter Mail adressen står på deres hjemmeside) Jeg kan varmt anbefale denne computer. Med venlig hilsen Leif/DK

Ho regalato un tablet (P30T) a mio papà per Natale. Per ora sono soddisfatto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vedremo come sarà l'affidabilità del prodotto con il passare del tempo.

Bought a P30T_EEA in Amazon, waste of money. Rubbish performance, continuos crashes, multiple reboot and only used for multimedia No support, no updates and no warranty Avoid at all costs

Who or What is Teclast. Even Amazon do not have the correct links to the teclast "support". My latest Teclast T50Plus is my 4th tablet from teclast. All good until now. This tablet will NOT use any SD card inserted. Offers to format, displays done., Try to open the sd card "this sd is corrupted, please format, so like a fool I do, Exactly same result with 3 sd cards, 2 of which are brand new [bought to use with this tablet]. ALL 3 sd cards work without issue on "Samsung Mobile", Windows laptop, and teclast P30S Guess that points to the T50Plus . As purchased via Amazon [uk], logged in and selected "Returns*Orders" to start the "support process". DUH! Amazon point to the manufacturer with an invalid link!! So it's time to email CEO Amazon UK.

Dopo esattamente due anni e mezzo un portatile ( F15 plus ) ha cominciato a non funzionare piu .... senza nessun motivo ( pc sempre tenuto maniacalmente su scrivania, mai mosso, mai sempre sotto carica, insomma, usato come si deve ) ..aveva cominciato anon dare piu le maiuscole ( credevo un problema sw) per poi collassare completamente dopo un mese...PUZZA FORTE DI OBSOLESCENZA PROGRAMMATA:

Compré un artículo que estaba en el almacén de ESPAÑA con un plazo de entrega de 24/48 h, hasta un máximo de 7 días, y valorado en 135 euros, a través de AliExpress. Han pasado ya más de 45 días y no solo no ha llegado, sino que se desentienden del reembolso... y eso que disponía de protección al comprador. Me puse en contacto con el vendedor que es Teclast España y los muy zorros sin mandar el producto habrieron una especie de reserva de envío con los piratas de Correos de España para figurar como enviado cuando no han enviado NADA! Dicen que espere... Quiero mi dinero!

Ho un portatile Teclast F15 è andato bene per due anni e mezzo. Ora non si accende più e purtroppo non è l'alimentazione. In diversi mi hanno sconsigliato la riparazione. Sintesi: costa poco ma vale poco.

Ottimo prodotto,non apisco chi l ha aiutato con eno di 3 stelle ,e' veloce ,ha una grafica eccezionale ,adatto per lavoro tempo libero con fotocamere che lavorano oltre le aspettative. Si possono collegare facilmente hardware tipo stampanti,masterizzatori,scanner oltre alle classiche cuffie. Ottima riproduzione del suono. Piu'che soddisfatto.

Dopo soli 3 anni di scarsissimo utilizzo non si accende più. Gia' qualche mese fa' aveva iniziato a dare problemi con la scheda audio. Il Microfono non funzionava più neanche collegato a cuffie bluetooth. Adesso proprio non si accende. Guarda caso ha dato i primi problemi subito dopo che la garanzia e' terminata. Mai piu' TECLAST. E' meglio spendere qualche soldo in più sapendo di avere almeno una durata di vita non cosi' ridicola.

I placed an order in mid-August for a laptop, which arrived at my home in a few days. The box indicated the model I had purchased and paid for, but once I checked the product and verified the system information, I realized it was an inferior model. However, I had paid more for a superior one, so I contacted the seller, and they responded that it was a warehouse issue. They offered me two options: return the product for a full refund, or accept a €30 discount and keep the laptop I had received. I chose to get a full refund and sent the product back. Throughout our communication, they kept insisting that I close the dispute and not leave any negative comments about them. They even sent me a photo of the product as they received it at their facilities, assuring me that they would process the refund right away and asking me once again to close the dispute. A few days passed, and the money was still not back in my account, so I contacted the seller again to ask about it. This time, they said the open dispute was an error and that they might be able to refund the money in November, three months after my purchase. Meanwhile, they had the product back in perfect condition, ready to be sold to another potential customer to scam. Be careful with this seller; they are unreliable, only want your money, and do not provide after-sales service. I do not recommend that anyone buy products from this company. If you decide to purchase from them, I wish you luck because you might need it.

I have owned my t65hd tablet for nearly a year and it has been fantastic. What sold me on this brand in particular was the fact that there is zero bloatware added to this brands tablets. The memory you pay for you get. Speakers are a bit weak but not terrible by any means screen is crisp and clear battery life is excellent to this day.

Sono nata senza PC ed ho vissuto lo sviluppo dagli albori ad oggi di internet: ho studiato, lavorato ed usato ogni tipo di dispositivo dagli anni 90 ad oggi. Ho da 1 mese un tablet T40 HD 2k, per caso il mio primo tablet acquistato nuovo, prima ereditavo i-pad ed altro. Rapido, intuitivo, solido, con una grafica molto buona, il T40 HD mantiene ciò che promette e nemmeno per 1 minuto ho avuto problemi. Il rapporto qualità versus prezzo è imbattibile. Felice dell'acquisto.

O comprato un tablet da quasi 2 anni nei quali non mai avuto un aggiornamento di android!!! Comprato con android 11 e così è rimasto,non consiglio acquisti di prodotti teclast

Teclast hat (wahrscheinlich mehrere Modelle und über einen langen Zeitraum) Tablets verkauft, bei denen das herstellerseitige Android-ROM (schon immer illegalerweise) mit öffentlich verfügbaren sog. "Test-Keys" signiert war, wohl um das Geld für einen kommerziellen modellspezifischen Schlüssel zu sparen. Bis vor wenigen Wochen war das unproblematisch, das Tablet funktionierte zu 100% und ich war mit meinem Kauf zufrieden. Inzwischen hat Google aber die Regeln geändert und überprüft seinerseits serverseitig aktiv im Rahmen der sog. "Google Safety Net"/"Google Play Integrity" Attestations, ob ein Gerät "sicher" ist, und Geräte, deren ROM mit einem Test-Key signiert sind, gelten dabei nicht mehr als sicher. Der Effekt davon ist, dass dadurch auf dem Tablet seit ca. zwei Monaten weder Banking, noch PayTV (Sky) Apps, noch alle sonstigen Apps, die ein zertifiziertes Gerät voraussetzen, mehr funktionieren. Das ist aus meiner Sicht ein klarer Gewährleistungsmangel nach EU-Recht, und weil der Verkäufer Teclast Spain Official Store in Spanien sitzt (Calle Marcelo Usera 60, LC, 28026 Madrid, Spanien), müsste Teclast hier eigentlich Abhilfe schaffen (neue Version des ROM, die mit einem korrekten Schlüssel signiert ist!), oder das Gerät zurücknehmen. Teclast stellt sich aber tot, und AliExpress sagt: "buyer protection time has run out".

I can barely describe how angry I am with Teclast. Two laptops now, both failed; one of them three months old and still under 'warranty'. Warranty? Hah what a joke, they ignore me day after day. But no way are they going to get away with this - I'm going to get them barred from being a supplier to Amazon, then take it up with Amazon themselves. Neither Telcast or Amazon are going to get away with this.

un computer F15Plus presenta difetto di sfarfallio al display durante il periodo di garanzia. Il fornitore spagnolo (teclast Europe online store) non vuole rispondere della garanzia europea legale e rimanda la palla ad aliexpress che mi fa solo perdere tempo a inviare foto e video e poi non interviene sul fornitore lasciando che il cliente si arrangi da solo.
