United States | 08 May 2024I was in desperate need of a treadmill repair because I was preparing for an upcoming half marathon and my trusty treadmill decided to stop working out of nowhere. I contacted Fix Fitness and was able to get a technician out to diagnose my treadmill in just two days. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He was able to find out what the problem was and even explained to me what the reason for the failure was. Unfortunately(not the fault of Fix Fitness), my treadmill needed a part that was on extended backorder. This was devastating news for me. I spoke to the owner and he explained to me that they offer a trade in program, to where I could exchange my broken treadmill for a refurbished one at a discounted cost. I was skeptical at first. But I was able to see the machine before I committed to it. They were able to have it delivered and set up, with taking away my old treadmill in only 4 days from the day my treadmill stopped working. The new machine looks brand new and is exactly like the ones I use at the gym. I wish I’d have only found Fix Fitness sooner. I couldn’t be happier!
