Had to approach AC1 as I was messed around by other electrical services providers which was delaying my flat to be rented out. The service provided by AC1 was quick and professional and got the EICR on time. Thanks to the team. Would surely recommend them.

Disappointing service had electrical inspection carried out engineer said it was all fine the guy who came to our premises the inspector the office tried charging over £1000 to correct issues when I emailed got a reply reducing the this cost to £785 mmm will get a second opinion as cant be trusted

I recently enquired with multiple local electrical companies about an EICR Certificate we required for the purposes of selling our house, and Tony at AC1 Electrical Services contacted me very shortly after I left a message with his office. I explained what we needed (earth bonding to our gas and water pipes, and an EICR certificate) for the purposes of selling our home, and a few days later, one of Tony's colleagues carried out the electrical test, and advised all the work that would be needed to obtain a "satisfactory" EICR certificate we needed. A quote was received by Tony the following day for all the work, and at a very competitive price based on other local quotes we had received. The work was carried out by a colleague later that week (Gary) with no problems or mess. Tony sent me the required satisfactory EICR certificate the following day, without delay. I cannot fault anything from the initial call to AC1 (Natalie was very helpful in relaying any messages I had left for Tony), to the issuing of the EICR certificate. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the phone (as were his colleagues that came to visit the house). He even gave me a ballpark cost for the work before anybody came to see the house, which turned out to be very accurate. Everyone knew exactly what we needed, and Gary even advised us of some false information we had been advised by another company for work that needed to be carried out that didn't. All the staff I dealt with along the way were very helpful, efficient and polite, and made the whole process very easy for us. Great experience from start to finish. Polite and well informed office staff. Price was competitive and the electrician was efficient and tidy (even took his boots off at the door)! All in all a stress free experience.

Dangerous drivers Cut up on a roundabout by your driver in HK63LUL nearly took the front of my car off had to emergency stop and had child in car with me. Very dangerous driving. Think if you’re having this employee in a company car you need to get them some driving lessons

From my first conversation with Tony I felt at ease dealing with the company. Explained about non working storage heater the next day Richard called diagnosed 1 broken element . I asked if he could replace all 4 elements no problem I had to wait a day for these elements to come Richard came back to fix heater and also replaced a plug socket. The price quoted was price I paid so am extremely pleased with finding this company & would recomend.

Tony was very friendly, reasonable priced and very helpful. Nothing actually needed fixing in the end but he certainly solved the problem. Looking to get some new heaters fitted wiht him now. Would definitely recommend!
