United Kingdom | 30 April 2020Selling sick birds. Bought one Amazon that arrived poorly and had a seizure after 2 weeks. Another amazon again delivered in an anxious state and we had numerous issues over a year that eventually resulted in another death. Very distressing for me and the family, especially as our Amazon before these lived very happily until old age took her.

United Kingdom | 27 September 2019Really disgusting conditions, cramped cages, dirty and unclean. Parrots are kept in miserable cages, with barely any room to move or stretch their wings, no toys for stimulation and droppings everywhere. I was left feeling absolutely horrified. As a keeper of birds myself I cannot believe this place is allowed to do business. I shall be registering my concerns with the relevant authorities immediately..
