United Kingdom | 02 December 2024I recently purchased blinds from elegant blinds and I have to say, I'm really disappointed. First of all, the installation process was a nightmare,it took way longer than expected to get them up. Once they were finally installed, I noticed that they didn't fit properly. There were gaps on the sides, allowing light to seep through, which completely defeats the purpose of having blinds in the first place. Additionally, the quality of the materials feels cheap. After just a few weeks of use, I noticed some fraying on the edges, and the mechanism for opening and closing them is already starting to get stuck. I expected much better durability for the price I paid. Overall, I wouldn't recommend elegant blinds to anyone looking for a reliable and quality product. Save your money and look elsewhere!

United Kingdom | 29 July 2024Horrible service. Had 2 of my first appointments cancelled and they didn’t call me to let me know they won’t be coming. When they arrived for the 3rd appointment they got the length of the blinds too short also were 1,5h late from the agreed time. 4th time was 3hrs late from the agreed time and got the length wrong again. Fixed the situation with screwing the blinds on the ceiling. I have accepted and paid for the work the 4th time even if I’m still unhappy as I can not be bothered anymore to get an other Sunday of mine to be ruined with waiting for him to arrive and get the job done properly. I have now got 2 extra holes on the wall and blinds on the ceiling which is still too long and touches the heater. Very disappointed and was not worth the money at all.
