Didn't hear back from Customer Service The delivery and the labels are fabulous, but I had e-mailed to customer service about not being able to create an account on line for my order and I kept getting a bizarre message. I still have never heard back from anyone, and would still appreciate a response.

Plus, a fantastic perk for me who hates paying additional fees for shipping loves this companies offer of free shipping.
