I placed an order over the Christmas Holidays when there was a sale and didn't realize there were more pages of designs in the set I bought. I emailed Loveable Labels expecting them to reply saying they have been printed and I was SOL... but they DIDN"T! They emailed back and said no problem and switched the design for me easy peasy. I was pretty excited to get the Drama Llama ones instead of the cat ones that I was previously getting. I have since put them onto my daughter's things for Dayhome and they appear to be sturdy and high quality. It feels like they will hold up in the wash and dishwasher, but even if they don't last a lifetime they serve their purpose and are really cute and look great. I would order again and will update once I have been using for longer than a couple weeks. I even sent the link out to my new mom's group so they could order them too. Shipping was pretty quick too. We are in Alberta and it took a little over a week (from when they reopened), but things are pretty slow in the mail these days due to COVID.
