Great course which was informative and good practical , enjoyed .

We just had first aid training lead by Khidhir who was really good, he explained everything thoroughly and was happy to ask any questions we had to ask which made the experience of first aid good.

He was very personable by involving us in his examples as he explained different treatments, learning all our names, and joking with us to while we did the practical activities which helped dispel the classic awkwardness. It was a very good experience. Communication was clear and effective. The teaching materials used were also very straightforward and easy to understand. During the training, the instructor consistently used relevant examples to aid comprehension and effectively addressed all our questions. This was the best first aid training I have ever had.
