From the very first product I used which was the Dog Anal Gland Wipes I knew HICC Pet was a winner. I have since ordered almost every product they have for my adored fur-baby. Each product is better than the next-beautiful and subtle scent, effective cleaning and eco-friendly products in addition to being extremely gentle. My little girl enjoys being cleaned from her teeth to her ears, to her tush and entire body. The body wipes are gloriously moist and strong and the cleaning gloves are genius. I am highly immunocompromised and must have a meticulously clean environment including my little girl. I put on the glove wipes and give her a heavenly smelling, extremely effective clean from head to toe. The gloves allow for a full clean of her legs by just rubbing up and down, then her entire body, her adorable face, ears and her paws-Voilà, clean and smelling glorious. Customer service is absolutely unsurpassed in the online marketplace, respond to emails immediately, will accommodate your request and truly care that all their customers are completely satisfied. I recently placed an order which got lost in transit and I never received. After contacting customer service, they sent a replacement package via a different carrier. That order is still in transit. After contacting customer service asking when I would receive the package, they responded with a date and a $9.99 refund. I have to say, their customer service is GREAT!

My order got held up due to Canada Post being on strike, and HICC Pet went the extra mile and resent my order via a different courier service at no additional charge. I was also told that if my original shipment ever did arrive, I was free to keep it! This is beyond excellent service! And their products are absolutely wonderful. I wish more companies were like this.

I bought a set of product for my dog (West Highland White Terrier) at HICC PET APAC Brand Experience Center. The sales person is very helpful, he made a bundle price for me with ear relief finger wipes, eye wipes, dental wipes and skin care spray. He even taught me how to use the products at which situations; while I am having the free coffee and cookie at their showroom. I enjoy a lot of this shopping experience.

Good product quicker delivery than last time

I reached out to HICC Pet customer service due to my order getting missent repeatedly by USPS in different distribution centers for over a week now, and for some odd reason, it is still in that same limbo when I track shipment on USPS. Thankfully, within 24-48 hours later of my reaching out by email, the customer service team reached out to me and offered to send a replacement for free and did priority shipping with UPS this time. I am happy to say, I got it and now using the dental spray on my dogs. Hopefully the product works, but definitely impressed with the helpfulness of their customer service team.

Fabulous products - excellence in customer care. My fur-baby is my Medical Alert dog for my epilepsy and as such must accompany me to all everywhere including medical appointments whether at a doctor's office or hospital. This necessitates that she is always maintained with visible cleanliness and a well groomed cut. Since she was 10 months old I have always cleaned her paws with a nubby silicone head attached to a bottle of chemical-free solution so she is very comfortable with cleansing products . That's what I love about #hiccpet products - they are made with clean, healthy, chemical-free, beautiful ingredients. The gloves are awesome as it saves me using and washing a lot of towels cleaning her legs and body coming in from inclement weather or a day outdoors. Just put the glove on a rub up and down her legs and they are spotless - completely cleans her underbelly and the rest of her head and body. The glove is also a wonderful fur refresher in-between baths and grooms. The Anal Spray is awwwesssommme👏🏼🎊❣️❣️. Although my baby girl is not a perpetual scooter she does have days when she scoots 2 or 3 times. It is on these days I know something is irritating her tushy. I use the Anal/Body wipes first then shpritz 4 quick sprays of the Anal Spray and absolutely no more scooting or licking at all for at least 4-5 days. My fur-baby is a ShihPoo and definitely has the Shitzu tiny, close together teeth that are difficult to really get any toothbrush throughout her mouth. With the teeth cleaning finger wipes it is easy-peasy to get right to the back teeth and all around the gums (my girl accepts them with glee as opposed to every toothbrush I have ever tried). Kudos to @hiccpet for superlative, clean, efficacious, chemical-free and outstanding products. They provide prices in Canadian currency and delivery is quite fast arriving within 2 weeks from the US to Toronto Ontario (not bad at all). I must say the #hiccpet prices are extremely fair for such excellent products. Luvvvvvvv everything I have tried thus far🐾💞🫶💕🎊❣️

We use the ear wipes regular on our three dogs, ans they get so much dirt and junk. Really easy to use
