New Zealand | 14 February 2024Thank you for your help in securing a loan. I was not aware that applying through Better Finance Brokers would incur such a large fee, as I didn't see a price stated in the application from the beginning, & I'm wondering if i could have applied directly to GEM visa myself to have saved a large part of the needed amount requested. After signing the documents, I then received confirmation of the fortnightly repayment amount & the broker fee, which was too late to back out of by then. The emailing back and forth is very tedious and calling to get hold of your broker is quite difficult too. Its a shame that direct dial numbers aren't provided after the first contact.
