Overall I love this system..love how water taste feels and smells..will def recommend to anyone

Great investment I’ve purchased for the home. Feel fresh after showering and don’t have to use lotion on skin. When techs came to the house they were very knowledgeable of the equipment.

The Service Techs who came to our house namely Shane J and Jewson Fana were very nice and approachable. They explained to me very well what happened when the outlet was accidentally unplugged. They went out of their way to help me out. These two good people will be an asset to your company.

The technicians were very good and knowledgeable about the system. Overall a very good experience.

I purchased my system a year ago from Aqua Life. They came out last week to service the system which was not a good experience. However, with that being said I did reach out to their management to voice my concern and displeasure. They had another tech come out today and it was a totally different experience. He did a great job. I am glad management took my concerns and feedback seriously and made things right.
